1.0 Price
1.1 Unless otherwise agreed the price shall be that as stated on the pricing schedule as agreed between the Company and the Customer.
2.0 Terms of Payment
2.1 Failure to make payments for the Goods or postage outside of the UK, will mean that the Company reserve the right to withdraw or halt the order.
3.0 Colour Matching
3.1 The Goods are sold on the understanding that the colour between the Customer’s screen and final product may vary.
4.0 Cancellation
4.1 If the customer cancels the order after 5 days a refund will be given minus the cost for any work incurred by the Company.

5.1 All images, text and ideas are the intellectual property of Lisa Baldry. Images may not be downloaded, reproduced, copied, projected or used in any form, including electronic copying without express permission of Lisa Baldry.
6.0 Liability
6.1 The Company will not be liable to the Customer for loss, damage, costs, legal costs, professional and other expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the Customer or by any third party. The Customer is solely responsible for the hanging or displaying of a product purchased from the Company.
